What Is the Break-Free Guarantee?

Our Break-Free Guarantee provides damage protection during shipping.
If your mirror arrives damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund, according to the conditions outlined below.

This policy applies only to damage that occurs during transportation, not to damage caused after delivery or during installation.

What’s Covered

The Break-Free Guarantee applies when:

  • The mirror arrives cracked, shattered, or visibly broken

  • Damage is caused during shipping or handling

  • The issue is reported within the required timeframe

We may request photos or videos to help us verify the condition of the product and packaging.

What’s Not Covered

To keep this policy fair and clear, the Break-Free Guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage caused by installation, misuse, or modification

  • Normal wear and tear after delivery

  • Damage reported outside the claim period

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Issues unrelated to shipping damage (such as personal preference)

How to File a Damage Claim

If your mirror arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged product

    • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and the situation.

Replacement or Refund

  • Replacement:
    We will ship a replacement mirror at no additional cost once the claim is approved.

  • Refund:
    If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

The resolution method is determined by Ankome after reviewing the claim details.

Important Notes

  • Please inspect your package upon delivery before installation.

  • Keep the original packaging until you are sure the product is in good condition.

  • Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may be delayed or declined.
