At Ankome, we want you to feel confident when purchasing mirrors from us. This Returns Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and damaged items are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken

  • You receive the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The product is significantly different from the description

To be eligible for a return:

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (except for damaged items)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom-made or personalized mirrors

  • Concept / trend validation products marked as “Concept”

  • Clearance or final sale items

These products are produced or prepared specifically based on user feedback or demand validation.

3. Damaged or Broken Mirrors

Mirrors are fragile — all Ankome shipments are protected by default.

If your mirror arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The damaged mirror

    • Inner packaging

    • Outer shipping box

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund (based on your preference)

No additional insurance purchase is required.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number

  2. Explain the issue and attach photos if applicable

  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide next steps

Please do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
    Ankome covers all return or replacement shipping costs.

  • Other approved returns:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable

7. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

For wholesale or bulk mirror orders:

  • Return and refund terms may vary depending on order size and agreement

  • Please contact us directly to discuss the most suitable solution

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • Please contact us to confirm availability

  • Exchanges are subject to stock status and shipping feasibility

9. Custom & Concept Products

Some products on Ankome are:

  • Early-stage designs

  • Trend validation models

  • User-co-created concepts

Due to their nature:

  • Returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective

  • Timelines and conditions will be clearly communicated before purchase
