1. Return Eligibility

The product has a manufacturing defect
The product is significantly different from the description
To be eligible for a return:
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
The item must be unused and in its original packaging (except for damaged items)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom-made or personalized mirrors
Concept / trend validation products marked as “Concept”
Clearance or final sale items
These products are produced or prepared specifically based on user feedback or demand validation.
3. Damaged or Broken Mirrors
Mirrors are fragile — all Ankome shipments are protected by default.
If your mirror arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of:
The damaged mirror
Inner packaging
Outer shipping box
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Free replacement
Full refund
Partial refund (based on your preference)
No additional insurance purchase is required.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our support team with your order number
Explain the issue and attach photos if applicable
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide next steps
Please do not send items back without approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
